Copper Tubes
Copper Tube is one of the components that finds application in aircondition and refrigeration systems. The tube works as a carrier of refrigerant which flows between system components and also to contain the refrigerant from escaping to the atmosphere.

TESTING FACILITY
- The testing has been carried out in accordance with IS 10773, JIS H-3300, ASTM B68, B75 and B280, EN, AS/NZS thereby ensuring that the finished product is up to the mark. We have a well equipped laboratory with state of the art testing instruments.
- We strictly follow the following testing process with the help of sophisticated testing equipments to maintain international standards:
Microscopic Examination
Metallurgical test – Grain size testing
Nondestructive testing
Eddy current testing – We ensure that every meter of the tube passes through Eddy Current testing.- Chemical Composition Testing: Spectrometer fed with all programmes for Cu and its alloys.
Mechanical tests
– Tensile Elongation,
– Hardness testing- Cleanliness test – Contamination tests.
PANCAKE COILS (PCC)
- SIZE – 4.76 mm to 22.22 mm OD; 0.30 mm to 1.5 mm thick (including VRV size)
- APPLICATION : Air conditioner Refrigerator components, connecting kit, repair works, etc.
- FEATURES : RoHS compliant , compatible to refrigerants, easy to use as connecting kit.

- HARDNESS : As per requirement – Hard, Half/ Quarter Hard and Soft.
